What qualifies you to coach in this area?:Certified through AC accredited program, 10+ years of experience in behavioral sciences and self-help, thriving and happy survivor of abuse, trauma informed practices, former high-school and elementary teacher.
What is your background and what led you to this area of coaching?:My coaching practice is rooted in the Jay Shetty School of Coaching methodology, which is dedicated to empowering clients to realize their full potential. As a survivor of abuse, I am deeply committed to supporting others on their paths to recovery. I specialize in guiding women to embrace their authentic selves and confidently take up space in the world—without apology. Having spent seven years overcoming challenges such as depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, co-dependency, ADHD, and removing myself from abusive relationships, I have cultivated a life of happiness and well-being that I am truly proud of. My mission is to help others achieve the same sense of fulfillment by building healthy relationships and fostering deep connections with themselves and those around them. Above all, I want my clients to know that they are not alone—hope and healing are always within reach.
