What is your background and what led you to this area of coaching?:I've had the privilege of working directly with children and teens for just over 10 years and am a father myself! I was lef into this area of coaching when a buddy of mine asked "what is my purpose?" After thinking of what my professional experiences are and being the son of a father who broke his own generational cycle of trauma, I knew that parent coaching is my purpose.
Who are you seeking to help with this coaching?:Moms, dads, couples of birth to 7 years of age. I do work with parents of children and teens older than this as well.

Q What are some of the common roadblocks you see in parents you support?

Parents that feel stuck and know they should respond to their kids one way and when in-the-moment they react in a way that causes them to regret what they did.
Another roadblock is them thinking their child is “acting up” on purpose.
Finally, another common roadblock are chaotic morning and nighttime routines.

Q What are some ways you support them in overcoming these roadblocks?

I teach them the most recent scientific strategies and mindsets and when that’s not enough to get them to how they want to be as a parent (because reading or watching videos only gets you so far) then I guide them to become more aware of their subconscious in a trauma-informed and very gentle way. We don’t even need to go into childhood events using Evolved Neuro-Linguistic Programming techniques. And it works!
Also, in between sessions they have the option to complete workbooks which outlines topics discussed and more resources for them to gain in-depth knowledge on topics as well as themselves. I call it a fast-track way to transformation.
So really it comes down to education and self-awareness!
