  • What qualifies you to coach in this area?:Certifications in Personal Training and Nutrition. .
  • What is your background and what led you to this area of coaching?:I have been coaching in this industry for 14 years and have coached individuals from ages 12 to 84. However, I chose to train adults 50+ because there is a void in the industry for this group. A lot of trainers will focus on increasing strength and endurance. Whereas, this is important, there also needs to be just as much emphasis on balance, flexibility, coordination and mobility for the 50+ age group. My training focuses on all of these aspects so that they may live the best life possible. The added bonus is this style of training also reduces joint and muscle pains.
