What kind of coaching do you offer?
I offer faith-based, heart-led coaching for anyone who is seeking clarity, healing, and purpose. My coaching focuses on four key areas:

Is this therapy or counselling?
No. Coaching is not therapy - I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. However, coaching offers forward-focused support, helping you move from where you are to where you are meant to be with grace, accountability, and clarity.
Do I have to be religious to work with you?
Not at all. While my approach is rooted in biblical truth and led by grace, I welcome anyone who feels called to this space and resonates with the message of healing, purpose, and transformation.
How do I know if coaching is right for me?
If you feel stuck, disconnected from your purpose, or tired of doing life on your own, strength - coaching can help. Our free 30-minute discovery call will help us explore if we're a good fit for this next season of your life.
What happens during a dsicovery call?
We'll meet virtually (via phone or zoom) for 30 minutes. You'll share a bit about where you are and what you're hoping for. I'll explain my coaching approach, and we'll decide if moving forward together makes sense for us.
What are your coaching rates?
I offer a range of pricing options from $19 for single sessions to $162 for full transformation packages. I'll walk you through all available options after your discovery call.
