What is your background and what led you to this area of coaching?:My journey into this area of coaching is deeply personal and is the driving force behind Catalystium Solutions. My background includes the very struggle many of my clients face: appearing successful externally while wrestling with self-doubt and imposter syndrome internally, and questioning if I was truly living my purpose. This experience led me to become a trained transformational coach and to pursue a PhD in Organizational Leadership, seeking to understand and solve this pervasive challenge. I am now dedicated to walking alongside others—locally, globally, and including expats—to help them lead themselves well. My mission is to use my personal insight and professional training to provide the clarity, confidence, and purpose I once sought, making me uniquely equipped to guide others to their own transformation
