Not having a solid understanding of who you will cause you to be an insecure leader. I know because that’s what I was like when I progressed into my first leadership role.
If you relate to any of these, maybe you are like how I was then:
(Those last 2, still make me cringe and are hard to admit)
But I came to realise that all of these things were rooted in one sad reality. I had no idea who I really was. My identity was shaky.
Therefore, not being liked felt like a threat. Seeing others show confidence and skill, felt like a threat.
However, under all that lay a great leader. A leader with vision, empathy and passion.
Once I began realising who I am. A person with inherent value. One who has nothing to prove but so much to give. The true leader in me began to shine through.
I didn’t have to learn scripts or try to be anyone else anymore. Or come home reeling over everything I said and did throughout the day. My leadership performance became a natural overflow of who I am.
This is why I have developed identity-based coaching models for leaders (and remember you don’t need a leadership job title to know you were born to lead). My coaching offers range from basic to premium.
As a woman of faith, my coaching models are scripturally rooted all springing forth from my favourite verse, Ephesians 2:10.
For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago. (NLT)
Coaching starts from £150. The right investment depends on what you need, whether that’s a single session, a longer programme, fully bespoke or premium support. In our first session we’ll talk through your goals and I’ll share the options so you can choose what suits you, with no pressure.
My coaching is rooted in scripture and springs from Ephesians 2:10, so faith is woven through the work. I specialise in coaching Christian leaders and I’m at my best with people who want to explore identity through a biblical lens. If you’re curious but unsure, get in touch and we can talk it through first.
Absolutely. Leadership isn’t a job title, it’s a calling. Many people lead in their families, churches, communities and teams long before they’re given a role. If you feel you were born to lead, or you’re aspiring to step into leadership, you’re welcome here.
Many leadership programmes teach scripts and techniques, which can help but often sit on top of shaky foundations. Identity-based coaching starts underneath, with who you are and the value you already have. When you’re secure in that, hard conversations, speaking up in meetings and making decisions become a natural overflow rather than a performance.
Yes, and I’m passionate about supporting neurodivergent leaders. I believe that neurodivergence fits into God's unique design for each person. We are fearfully and wonderfully made. We’ll work at a pace and in a style that suits you, and you don’t need to mask or fit a mould. If you have access needs or preferences, tell me beforehand and we’ll shape the sessions around them.
We’ll talk about where you are, what you’re hoping for and which option would suit you best, with no pressure to commit.
Reach out to me through the messaging service and I will aim to get back to you within 48 hours.
