I am a fully qualified Life Coach, having undergone a rigorous training course with the UK Centre for Excellence and achieving a distinction in Life Coaching.
Over many years working in education I wanted to extend my knowledge and understanding of how anxiety, or feeling stuck, can also affect adults, and how best to help them, having suffered from this in my own life. Anxiety can stem from a multitude of situations. It can be triggered by the loss of a family member, a divorce or relationship breakdown, or by situations at work that you don’t know how to handle. It can stem from having a boss who doesn’t take you seriously, to a boss who expects far more from you than you signed up for and you not knowing how to deal with it, to whether you should switch careers as you’ve always wanted. I’ve been there, too, and at the time I was utterly lost as to how to deal with things. I needed a life coach of my own, although I didn’t know it at the time!
Life coaching is a brilliant way of helping people find their own way through the issues they are facing – it’s no good having someone telling you what they think you need to do to change things because everyone has different needs and goals and their way of doing things may not align with yours. An extrovert may have brilliant ideas and be able to act on them, an introvert, not so much. A life coach helps you work towards your main goal in small, incremental, achievable steps.
I will work with you to help you find your own insights and strategies for moving toward your goals and objectives.
You don’t have to go it alone.
