Executive Coaching is not only helping to achieve business results, but also about people and how to improve their experience of personal achievement & growth, with a direct benefit for organizational culture & performance.
Whether you’re an organization seeking to grow through your leaders, or a professional ready to move past roadblocks, enhance performance or lead with more purpose — let’s talk.
A process lasts on average 8 to 10 sessions, depending on the goals you want to achieve. It has defined measurable goals from the beginning with clear actions towards those goals. This results oriented approach and achieving them in a defined amount of time is why there are no hourly rates but a total cost per process. This makes it both more transparent in terms of total cost and more committed in terms of time invested and results achieved.
Executive & Leadership Coaching is generally focused on generating changes in people within the context of the work environment. However, in practice it is very common that personal/private topics interfere in the job and thus eventually also the organization. That is perfectly ok, as we will work on the topics that manifest themselves on the job, even if they come from the "outside/inside". That does not mean that we will always be able to take the time to go deep down into the root causes of all personal beliefs or behaviors (which would be commonly handled through open-end psychotherapy), but the coaching process does permit developing a solid path to address those topics in the best possible way within the respective context and with a concrete action plan and generate significant improvements in the person’s well-being and results.
Yes, absolutely.
